As you are aware Hurricane Irma has left catastrophic damage throughout the Caribbean and the Southern United States of America.
This assistance request is for Barbuda where it is estimated that 95% of the island has been affect and thus it’s entire population. The Antiguan Consulate in Toronto is collecting items to ship on September 23,2017 by air for emergency aid. Items can be dropped off at Sea Jamaica Shipping, 39 Voyager Court North, Etobicoke, M9W 4Y2
Hours for drop off:Monday to Friday 10AM to 4PM
Saturday 10Am to noon
Here are the emergency items they are requesting:
- Diapers, wipes
- Baby food
- Dried and canned milk
- New baby clothes
- Baby bottles
- PillowsSheets (all sizes)
- Sanitary pads
- Underwear (children, males, females)
- Large garbage bags
- Medical supplies
- First aid kits
- Shaving kits (male and female)
- New towels
- Toothbrushes and Toothpaste
- Flash lights
